Yes I hit a a plateau about 6months after the first growing pains ( and they began some 3 months after first starting NBE). I have not found anyway to really get things going again, unfortunately. I've stopped completely, I've increased dosage to 3000mg PM per day, I've swapped brands, I've dropped PM and gone to Isabelle's Hops/GR/Oats/FG/flax, I've added progesterone and nothing has made any difference. There has been a slow and unmeasurable change in shape, which I think the photos indicate although I'm not sure if that is wishful thinking, but I'm sure there is actually less volume now than I had back in June last year.
So, if anyone can come up with a kick-start I would love to hear it.
The one thing I can't do/am not prepared to do is stop completely for more than 2 weeks because I know that if I do, I definitely lose fat volume and that takes for ever to get back.
FWIW, Chrisssie used to say that she needed to go up to 3000mg to kick start her stalls, but took 2000mg a day routinely.
