Had a look at your routine notsobusty and it is quite comprehensive. Something above what your body can even utilize and some to a point where they may be toxic.
But you still plateaued. Which makes things more difficult.
One thing you might want to look into is that I have read that vitamin E is an oestrogen antagonist. So taking it during your PM cycle may be counter productive.
