I have a related question. Does anyone know how these anti-androgens actually work? I understand that they inhibit the conversion of testosterone to DHT, but can anyone tell me exactly how they do it? Do they all have the same method of achieving it or do they work in various different ways? It's just that I've never understood the mode of action and how exactly they prevent the conversion process. Any help appreciated!
