Due to the fact that I am coming close to finishing my first bottle of PM, I was considering trying a different brand of PM. Siriporn PM is my first brand to try, I cannot make comparisons. Just as this is said, I cannot say that Siriporn's PM is not worth it. I do not know how fast the effects have to be to be considered the ideal brand, or how obvious. After looking here and there for another brand, I have decided to continue with Siriporn, due to the fact that it didn't take long for me to feel aches soon after my couple of dosages.
When it comes to finding high quality protein, there are two factors that determine this. Number one, how fast it takes for YOUR body to digest it; this varies between individuals. What may be digested fast by one doesn't mean it will for the other. Number two, how complete the protein is; the more it contains of the 20 amino acids the higher the quality. High quality protein, therefore, is that that can be digested easily and rapidly by your body, and that that contains a complete set of amino acids (the nine essential and the 11 nonessential). According to me (my opinion), many things can fall under this category of high quality; better digestibility and completeness. Siriporn was easily digested by my body because I felt the achy effects shortly after my very first intake of it. And it is complete because it contains PM Hence, I will continue this Siriporn Journey
I will be purchasing the Ro-bust lotion they sell. I have been tempted to buy it and now I am just going to go for it I will excitedly keep you all updated
