How much GR tea is equivalent to 3000 mg capsules?

#1

I'm supposed to be taking 1000 mg GR 3 times daily on days 5-10 of my cycle, but I want to drink tea instead. 3000 mg of finely powdered herbs usually comes out to 3/4 tsp, but drinking tea made from less than a tsp of herbs is not the same as consuming the powder directly (either in capsules or loose). To add to the confusion my GR is only roughly chopped. It looks like very coarse oregano. I plan to crush it in a mortar to help it extract into the water more easily. In my experience, powder makes a much stronger tea than loose leaves, but I won't be able to produce a powder by hand.

If it's impossible to convert the dose directly, maybe someone can just suggest what dose of GR tea I should use during days 5-10. I'm a AAA, if it matters.

My cycling program is described here: http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=10869&page=4
