From the two measurements you gave, underbust and waist, I couldn't imagine you'd have any "pudge". I have to say this as it sounds like you're around the same type of structure as me. Before my son I had a 24-25" waist, my underbust goes between 27-28". At that time I believed I had "pudge" too and worked out, ate right, blah blah same as you. I honestly think this could be in your mind. Looking back on old pics of myself, I had a flat tummy, I had a small waist, etc. So it could be you being to critical on yourself. Now, after my son my hips are bigger, butt is bigger, and after losing post pregnancy weight I went to a 26-27" waist. Now since turning 21, I'm 24 now btw, I gained a little weight here and there, grew from NBE. My hips are 38" bust 36 1/2" underbust last I checked 27 1/2", waist 28" (eventhough I hate to admit that). But think about it, given my measurements, my waist eventhough it's not as small as it use to be or I'd like it to be, it's right for my new body now. I have pretty much an hourglass figure. So before you get too hard on yourself about your TINY 25" waist, take a look in the mirror and ask yourself do I really need to make it smaller? A good way to feel better about yourself is to look in the mirror everyday once a day at least semi or fully nude and say at least one compliment about your appearance, how sexy you look, what is sexy, etc. That helped me. Even now when I'm considered "thick" or "curvy" for my size (5'1 btw) I feel sexy, pudge and all
