I take Ainterol PM 500mg 2x a day, fengureek 1,220 3x a day, and hops 930mg before bed. I NB about 30mins a day and if I have a day off I do two 30min sessions. If I have time I massage. When it comes to cycling I'm kind of weird. I'm on the pill so about 5 days before I start my period I stop taking PM but keep on taking the fenugreek and hops. Also I add in fennel during this time. After about 3 day of being on my period I add back the PM and take out the fennel. So far this seems to work for me. The only thing I've noticed is I cramp more right before I start my period.
