i began my program back in march but i was hoping to have results before i posted but here goes:

I am 5'6
123 pounds
36A
2 kids

I was on the enhancement blended kit from greenbush for about 2 months with no results and then i started on kit #2 march 21st. My program is as follows

fenugreek 2875 mg per day, equals to 5 capsules per day
saw palmetto 2875
wild yam 2875

flaxseed oil 3000mg per day
EPO 1500 mg per day

Fennel liquid extract 1000 mg per day

msm 3000 mg per day
multi vitamin
b complex
5HTP
Spirulina

I do not massage as often as i should, i would say on average 3 times per week. I massage with fennel liquid extract and olive oil. I have also massaged with a liquid extract containing fenugreek, wild yam, and saw palmetto.

I have felt tingles and itching on certain days but so far no growth. I have to admit after being on the enhancement blend for 2 months and this program now for a month with out any growth i am getting frustrated. I get outside everyday, i exercise, i eat healthy....i really felt as if i have a great program. But I still have high hopes..so I will keep everyone posted.

Does anyone have any thoughts on massaging with the liquid extracts? Also I drink the fennel liquid extract rather than makng a tea from powdered fennel? Is this is effective?
