And I did try taking vitamins a few years ago, but stopped after about 6months or so, because I noticed that i got more tired from them then without them. And when i heard it would be better breaking them in half that didn't change. I noticed that EATING vitamins from real food has much better effects on my body.
I know people are too busy these days. Still I don't think man-made vitamins are a fair substitute to real food.
Yes I agree too..I too either would get tired or hyper from taking vitamins.. just like when I have sugar I get hyper or tired or both..sounds weird but sometimes vitamins or certain foods will make me feel tired and hyper at the sametime..which left me just not wanting to do anything cause my mind didnt want to do it but my body did..crazy I know
