Haha, I was supposed to update yesterday but I didn't...
I don't know what to say about this. I feel like the measuring tape could be wrong. Looking at the progress over the past 4 months seems unrealistic. Really? 3 cm in 4 months. 2.54 cm equals an inch. So according to my measurements, I have gained 1.18 inches. My husband said, about three days ago, that he says more shape around the bottom middle. In other words, sees more cleavage. I feel like they look fuller and feel as well. They used to be a handful but now I struggle to get them to fit under a handful; this is without any swelling. I am slacking it bad with my Collagen, Vitamin C, Hyaluronic Acid, and IGF!!!! SERIOUSLY, WHAT IN THE WORLD IS UP WITH ME!? NO MORE SLACKING!!!!!!!!!
After pumping for an hour and a half, I measure 93 cm. I can almost fill my 38C bra when swelled! I am still using the stoppers because I am afraid to overpump; they stop me from doing that
I noticed I get too excited to touch the ends of the cups that I over pump at times so I am staying with them.
I stopped taking Maca because I couldn't take the headaches. I know Fenugreek helped me with the headaches, but I want to save what I have left of it for my luteal phase. So I rather not take Maca and just exercise instead
I am taking two PM pills a day throughout my PM cycle. Day one is April 30 and day thirteen is May 12.
I have also been feeling aches lately! I am so excited about this. I had little while since I felt them and when I did I was on Maca as well. I have not been on Maca for over a week and I have been feeling the tingles, since two days ago. They did stop in between of course, but they still came!
I am trying to keep up with the topicals and noogleberry
I feel lazy at times. But hey, this assures me that what I have grown is not noogleswelling...haha.
@Verycurious, I do not know if lowering your dosages of the herbs or not is necessary. When I started my PM, I had been slacking it with the Greenbush kit for quite a bit, so I was not really following the program.
@Sandra...You have no idea how much I hate to have nice swelling and see it deflate Well I do not see it deflate but I notice it later on.
