I'm just at a point in my life where everything I worked for is falling apart and I'm having to start at ground zero and THIS ... sigh ... this is just crazy. I don't want to deal with this right now. =(
I think I will stop the steroids today since I've been weening off and I'm going on homeopathic meds tomorrow. I will keep taking the decongestant and the nasal spray and the ventolin (God! Even that has so many side effects ranging from depression to agression to God knows what! It even lists difficulty breathing as side-effect! Imagine that!).
I'll take some milk thistle along with the other herbs and do more massage. I think I panic more because I feel NOTHING after massages ... and it's so awful to touch my boobs right now cuz ... well they feel so different from normal and not in a good way. =( I don't know how I can stop being so negative and hopeless about this now. =(
Any tips on how to gain weight quickly too? I'm starting to work out my lower body and taking this thing which is basically a meal supplement. It has more carbs than proteins but it worked fine last time. I'm also thinking of making dry brushing a regular in my daily routine. Sigh. I'm such a mess right now that I don't know what to address first! =((
