Try lifting the dome up higher toward the upper center of your chest. This will avoid the air gaps from the sides and under arms. Also, grease the area generously with coconut oil (it helps prevent stretch marks and is a healing oil). It took me a whole day to rig the system to work for me, you just have to keep changing position of the domes until you find a position that works for you.
