Okay, just got a response from Siriporn stating this:

All purchases are final. Why would you want to return capsules?

I see an argument rising, I told them:

I can no longer take them due to personal issues. It is unopened you must offer a refund

I cannot tell them that it is because of the expiring date. Gorgeousblonde told them once and they basically BSd her, giving her an explanation about the expiring date issues. Did not even offer her a fresh product
