Girlfriend losing weight. Any ideas to keep her boobs big?

She should lose the weight slowly (aim for no more than 2 pounds a week - anything more is usually water anyway) not starving herself, have plenty of healthy fats (from nuts, avocados, olive oil, etc) and avoid highly processed foods. Basically all the things considered good for a healthy lifestyle. The weight should come off quite easily.
Exercise should also be included.
The fats are needed for a healthy skin, brain, and of course breasts are made up of quite a bit of fat too. Remember with that figure 38C the number is not important, it's the cup size that counts. As she is still growing, if her cup size drops through weightloss she is sure to get it back once she settles at a plateau.
