I am looking to start with a PM cream and wondered if it is an idea to just see how it goes before looking into pills. The idea of pills seems more scary to me right now! I am worried about messing my hormones too much. I already seem to spot with no use of anything!

Two weeks after my period I get a day's bleeding, then on and off after that until my period I spot. Not sure what is going on there.

I am assuming creams are still systemic and not just local, if anyone has any experiences with using one or the other I would appreciate hearing them.
