You've already been given excellent advice but I wanted to add something.
You said you are quite thin - as much as I dislike BMI charts I do find that they are a good guide. If you have a small frame (I do) then being at the lower end of the BMI scale is fine, but check the charts to make sure you are at least 18/19 and if you are lower eat healthy foods which contain plenty of essential fatty acids (EFAs) to encourage the tissue to be laid down in the right places (!) - avocados, walnuts, almonds, etc. As breasts contain fatty tissues as well as glands.
