Our hormones don't fluctuate the way they do in women with more natural cycles. BC significantly lowers LH and FSH production and inhibits mid cycle LH surge, we don't have follicular and luteal phases. We don't have to sync with hormonal cycling, so why cycle our pm?
Just watch out for symptoms of estrogen dominance, etc. Listen to your body. All birth control pills mantain a VERY high level of progesterone in the body, to prevent ovulation. So I use estrogen to enhance my breasts, while trying to make sure I am not including so much as to interrupt my BC-induced hormonal equilibrium.
I'd be very interested in what others have to say though.
Really! I used to be on Yasmin (I say used to because my pharmacy decided Yasmin was too expensive and switched me to Ocella without my permission. Hmph!

I cycle my PM however, because I do allow myself to menstruate and that's not something I want to give up. But if I'm not even ovulating, is it alright for me to take PM all cycle until my period is expected?
I'm afraid to do this because I do feel the hormonal changes would throw my cycle into madness.
