I've been away for a while, unsuccessfully trying different things. I stopped noogling because it kept leaving deep marks on my chest, and I guess I couldn't figure out how to do it gently. I might start up when I get more meat on my chest, because I think it was because of my bony chest.
I was also using PM for 3 months, but then stopped when I read that someone like me (estrogen dominant) shouldn't use phytoestrogens, but should increase progesterone. I immediately started rubbing PC on my breasts twice a day since I was already in luteal phase. I'm not sure if anything is happening just yet, seeing as I just started doing this 2 days ago. I definitely feel some tingling and growing pains, though.
I want to add a couple herbs to help increase progesterone and decrease androgens, but I'm not sure what to take... I am thinking Fennel and Nettle. I don't want to use FG bc I'm a massage therapist and CANNOT stink, and also don't want to use SP because of the cellulite issue. I am in derby and often wear some revealing clothes at games.
I am also starting an elimination diet because I have endometriosis and digestive issues which I know are both bad for my health and bad for NBE.
