That's very strange. I've never heard of anyone's butt decreasing from NBE.
I use:
Fenugreek (Vitamin Shoppe)3,000mg/day
Saw Palmetto (Vitamin Shoppe) 3,000mg/day
Hops (Nature's Way) 3,000mg/day
Maca (Solaray Organic) 500-1000mgs/day
Those mgs are estimates. Although I just recently read that smaller breasts sizes really only need about 2,500mgs a day, tops. These are all my daily totals, and I split them up to take them twice a day, religiously.
I now stop my pills for about 5 days as my monthly starts, to help my body cleanse. I noticed you tried GNC brand, but I've used them and found the Vitamin Shoppe brands work much better, as well as being cheaper and having less fillers.
The maca will ONLY work with exercise. Try weighted squats and butt bridges for a good workout. Unfortunately, it will only build the muscle in your butt, and can't put back the fat you've lost there. Avoid cardio as that will also eat away your butt fat. Add a heavy amount of protein to your daily diet and especially after an exercise to help increase your muscle growth.

These workouts will help a lot, they've helped me gain some inches in my hips and butt, so give them a try. Also check out his website http://www.nowloss.com for more exercises. He's got some of the best techniques, I love his workouts.
This is the only method I've used, and it works for me. Also, it's a great idea to cleanse with either milk thistle or a full body detox before trying something new. This will make your new regimen more effective.
