I just had some bloodwork done and the results came in that I had an unusually high blood glucose level (prediabetic). Now my health regimen is not the best but I feel as though my health is in fair/good condition. So I was wondering if the results may have been due to the 1000mg each of Saw Palmetto, Fenugreek, and Red Clover that I've been taking twice a day? Do herbs increase one's blood glucose level? If anyone knows please let me know. Thanks.
