My new program:
BIOVEA cream twice (sometimes three times) a day, slight massage (50 circular movements each breast, until the cream is absorbed)
Diet:
High-vitamin, high-protein (65g of plant protein) vegan (70% raw vegan) diet (high on phytoestrogens and B-Vitamins) with about 2g salt added (I noticed that my breasts are bigger and my skin is glowing when I eat more salt)
Supplements:
Iron with Vit C and B12 in the morning before breakfast.
MSM, Maca, Vit C and spirulina with lunch.
L-arginine after dinner (before workout, 60 minutes every day, cross trainer)
Calcium with Vit D (1000mg) between lunch and dinner
Zinc and L-Arginine before bed.
I eat a lot of almonds, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds (or tahini) every day (enough vegetable fat, VERY IMPORTANT for growing boobs!), a lot of chickpeas, sweet lupin powder (protein!) and dried fruit (dates, raisins, figs, mulberries).
AND: I started drinking red wine once or twice a week and I noticed a really remarkable growth from it.
I also eat dark chocolate every day (70-80%) which also gave me an extra growth.
I didn't eat chocolate before and I was a teetotaler :-)
