Maybe the pill was just too strong for you. Fenugreek is known to be very safe and not as strong as many other herbs. I believe it's supposed to help balance your hormones, not just add estrogen. It wasn't strong enough for me at this stage in my life but it may be perfect for you since you seem to be very sensitive. And have you considered noogleberry?
