There is no single NBE technique. There are endless methods, and it takes a little bit of looking into to find one that you're ready to try. Also, after you begin trying something, you'll find that your program will take a little tweaking to find out how to make it work best for you. The first thing you try may not get you results, but that means just keep trying other methods (it usually takes at least 3 months of trying something to see if it'll work at all or not).

Check out the programs page and see what methods other girls are using and how successful they are with it. And make sure you research a method a little before you try it!
