I think anything that gives results would also grow the fibroadenoma because both work the same way. You might try surgery to remove it or hopefully your body will break it down if you eat right. As a guess I'll say fresh red bell peppers and apples based on general info of what prevents it, but really I don't know. Other generally healthy food items include chia seeds, whole grain foods and either almonds or sunflower seeds. All 4-5 of those put together would at least be really good for you in general even if it doesn't help the fibroadenoma specifically.
