BAD SIDE EFFECT: On Day 8 of PM, I have shrunk 2.5 cm and still shrinking! I frantically searched all forums to find that I may have been estrogen dominant and that PM does not work for estrogen dominant women. I wish I knew that before I started taking it. Also it gave me horrible acne!
In just 8 days it drastically shrunk my breasts, and reversed all my Noogleberry progress! Now what?
I am afraid to stop taking it mid cycle, because I ready it can totally mess up your cycle and give you a period that lasts 2 weeks! So maybe I'll continue to take it until the beginning of my next period.
Anyway, does anyone know of an herb I can take that would work for someone who is estrogen dominant?
