I use the capsules as of right now 1800mg of Fenugreek. But the liquid extract absorbs quicker and better from what I hear but I don't know anyone who uses the liquid extract, mostly because they are more expensive to really say.
I've seen great results with Fenugreek but remember to take a photoestrogen with it and a blood circulation herb too.
