I started taking fenugreek and red clover just over a week ago, and i can tell u one thing...it works!! My breasts feel muh heavier and fuller already 
i say go for it!! Fenugreek capsules are probably better, however i have red clover extract so i massage that into my breasts every day, i think this combination is a very good way to start as it brings faster and visible results!!
