Hi Emily!!! Just wanted to confirm with you, do you take the fish oil and flaxseed oil or do you use them in liquid form over your breasts? And how long was your journey from 32B to 32D? I'm currently a 32B too, and I'd LOOOOOOVE to go up 2 cups

I take Fish Oil internally and Flaxseed Oil I rub onto my breasts, I use to rub Fish Oil but couldn't take the smell so I switched. But I did see some growth with Fish Oil. And it took me about 11 1/2" months close to a year. But that's because during the school year I couldn't focus or I didn't have transportation to get my vitamins. But that's changed so hopefully I'll be able to continue in my NBE uninterrupted.
