Patience, my dear, patience. NBE is a process of getting to know your own body, what works and what doesn't. I wish I could say take this and tomorrow you will be a D cup but that just doesn't work. Everyone is different. What works for some will not work for others. That is why I say you have to get to know your body. NBE is a journey of trying different things and seeing what works for YOU. I can give you a few pointers but the rest you will have to do for yourself.
First, read, read, read. There is a wealth of information here on the board from many others whe have gone before you. Read about what they have done in all the different NBE methods. Then pick the one you feel will give you a chance at growth. Try it for a while and see if it does indeed work for you. Start out small, a minimum dose and allow your body to adjust. Ramp up slowly to the recommended dose and stay there for a while. Ramping up can take a week or two. Let your body guide you. This is where reading up can help you. Then if no luck with it, ramp down to nothing allowing your body to adjust. Take about the same time you did ramping up. Get off everything for a while then try another method.
