Hey Alicia thanks hun!! That's really sweet!! I'm always positive about NBE lol I think it helps me too

1: I will skip a few days are purpose like I go 1-14 skip 15 then 16-29 skip 30 start again on 1. And when I usually take herbs I try to take them straight [except my skipped days] for at least 2 months and then cleanse for the first week of the 3rd and then leave the vitamins alone for the 2nd week then start back on the 3rd week and do it over. But this time around after I cleanse I'm going to start a different program and I actually will cycle my herbs but only to see if I get better growth if I don't I'm going back to my program.

2: I was taking the Spring Valley from Wal-Mart L-Ariginine at 500mg per pill. I only took one. I actually just switched to Gingko Biloba, I can't tell you the brand or mg right now as I'm out but I got it from my local Dollar Tree. I'll tell you when I get back home later tonight.

3: I weigh 130lbs or 58.5kg I've been this same weight for about 6 years now.

And no it's fine, I understand before joining I would do the same, take the best programs ans I made my own and now I got my own award winning recipe for NBE lol I hope you find yours soon too!!!

Thanks a lot for your answers and for your words of support, I've been on herbs for a few months now but I'm afraid I'm a slow grower! And I think my age doesn't help either (I'm 32) but I won't stop until I get my dream boobs, even if it takes years

That 1-week cleanse after two months sounds like a good idea, I think I might try that next time instead of taking herbs for long months and then cleansing during a full cycle.
But woman... you're brave, how can you change your program if it has worked soooooo well! If I had your results I would stick to it and never ever change a thing lol. But I understand you anyway, this NBE thing makes you want to experiment with new things all the time and makes you want to grow more and mooore! It's definitely addictive

Amazing that you only took 1 L-Arginine cap!! I think most people take more than 3 grams, and that's one of the reasons why I doubted about adding it to my program: my caps are 500mg/each too and I didn't want to take so many pills (I take quite a few already lol) but I may try with just one a day, see what happens.
I hope Gingko Biloba works for you, I don't know much about it, so I'll be checking your thread to see if it helps you grow more!

A couple more questions, if you don't mind:
-Have you have any bad side effect form what you're taking? (cramps, acne, allergy, etc)
-Do you feel "growing pains" or tinglings etc?
