I'm not sure what that bust serum is, but everything else seems like a good plan. Try it for 3 months and see if your body responds to it (you can give it a longer trial period if you want, but usually if it doesn't work by that time, it won't give you very good results in the long run).

You really should start out by cleansing your body first for about a week before taking any NBE herbs, just so your body can absorb and use them better (most people cleanse with Milk Thistle). However, it isn't completely necessary, although I suggest it. Either way, once you start, start with a low dose of each, then slowly ramp up, adding extra mgs each week until you feel your body responding. I don't suggest exceeding 3,000mgs of SP and FG, and you usually want to keep Red Clover at lower doses than those two just because of how strong it is.

(Btw, I started out as a very full 32B, and the difference between that and a 32C isn't much and it's a lot smaller than you'd realize. You'll probably reach a C and realize you'll want to go further. That's what happened to me. I planned to stop at a C cup, and now I'm a DD and still pining after one more cup! The 36C you originally mentioned would be the equivalent to a 32DD in your band size.)
