Hi,
I just started my NBE a week back after a lot of waiting trying to understand the way to go about it, but somehow, I still id not get a hold of it.. lol.
Here's what I have started with.
On my first day of my period, started having 1 capsule of siriporn until day 7 and started taking 2 starting 8th day and planning to have 2 until my 15th day. Started with 1000 mg of MSM (For hair). However, haven't felt any sort of pain over the past week while on PM(1 capsule a day).
I am planning to incorporate FG , Flaxseed oil & EPOO to my regimen.
So, this would be my regimen
FG - 610 mg - 2X a day
Cold pressed Flaxseed oil soft gel and EPOO soft gel - 2 X a day
MSM - 1000 mg - 2 X a day
PM - 1-15 days of my period.
Does this sound like a good one? Would I see some growth using this regimen. I have also started using my bust roller.
