Well i just recently made my own cream and its working really good and it includes: eucerin(sp) sage,oregano,lemon juice,veggie oil, and olive oil.... i have only being using this for 4days and it has seem to grown my breast by at least 3-4 cm.it may not be for everyone but it has worked for me i massagge three times a day i massage each breast seperatel for 10 minutes and both for 10 minutes then i put the cream on it and let it stay over night and put a warm heating pad on my breast as i am falling asleep....goodluck
