It does help grow your breasts if you are prog deficient, although most women don't realize the difference and I don't think it's used as commonly as herbs and NB. My friend is using it now, she's only been on it for about a month now, so it's hard to tell whether she'll grow or not. She did get AMAZING swelling the first week, though!
If you're going to buy it, buy USP Progesterone, not progesterone made from soy. It'll be more expensive, and look at the ingredients list. Progesterone made from soy can't be converted properly into progesterone in the body, and can't be used (from what I've read). I'm guessing because of that, it's probably a better option than wild yam cream (however, even some USP Prog creams will also contain wild yam).
