Hi all,
Wanted to share with you, I have grown my first inch, and appear to have kept it even after a week of hard diet, excerice and a Milk Thistle Cleanse.
At the start of May I started at 30" across the bust and started taking 2 pm a day from: www.puerariamirifica.co.uk/
I was also taking MSM, Collagen, Vitamin C and Vitamin B, cut out caffeine and alcohol and chocolate, drank the odd fennel tea.
I did this for a month and used the cream from the same site, but not a lot happened - although, only first month I think I expected a miracle overnight
I don't cycle as I am on the progesterone only injection.
On 12th June I started taking Thanyaporn, 2 a day, not much happened after a couple of weeks, so I thought "What the hell", ordered siriporn pills and Ro-Bust lotion, and thought, while I wait for those to arrive, I may as well finish the pills and the pot of cream I hadn't used up from the first site I ordered from in the UK.
So I sarted to take 3x350mg a day and gained an inch in 2 weeks!
I haven't gained anymore though, and last wednesday started a 1-week Milk Thistle Cleanse, to detox before starting Siriporn and Ro-bust.
Also, last monday I kicked my diet into touch and have taken out a lot of fat and protein and got down the gym a lot more. With this, and the Milk Thistle Cleanse, I really was prepared to lose my gained inch.
But great news, it's still there, even though last week I lost half and inch off my tummy, hips and measurement under my bust.
However, I have lost an inch on the measurement above my bust, but I think this is down to my diet and excercise in the last week, so probably wasn't real growth, but just a few extra calories I've been collecting, lol.
I take Collagen and MSM pills, but I haven't been strict on that, but will be more attentive from tomorrow as the new plan starts.
Any suggestions also? Please, any tips gratefully received

2 Siriporn x 200mg per day
6 x 1000mg hydrolysed collagen per day
2 x 750mg MSM per day
2 x 500mg vitamin C per day
1 x Complex B vitamin
1 x 15mg Iron per day
Measurements today:
Under bust 27 inches
Bust 31 inches
Overbust 30 inches
Bra size calculators say I should be wearing a 32AA, however I tried on one in Marks and Spencers (the UK authority on Bra sizes) and I looked like a (small breasted) porn star wearing a couple of small triangles over my nips!
I got fitted by one of their specialists, and was expecting to be told a 32B, as my 32As were really uncomfortable, and she sized me as 30D!
I bought a few, they fit... I fill them.... they're not too tight on the back.... very confused....
The plunge style bra's I bought fit perfectly, but I also bought a 30D balcony, and I'm not filling out the top, so my next short term goal is to fill that
