That's of of a personal question for yourself, if you wanna stay the same size for gain weight. But the weight won't just go to your boobie though, it'll go where ever you gain weight on your body. Eggs [large] offer about 18g of protein per egg so you can boil two and eat them to get about 36g of protein. Lean meats like chicken offer more protein, corn beef is another great protein source aswell as peanut butter. And the Gatorade Recover Series is also very good for protein.
And no, I've been trying to lose this stubborn off my waist for months to also get to 23" but it won't go anywhere. I do, do techniques and work my obliques to keep my waist thin though. If you go back a page or two, I made a response to Kira and told her about a trick I was doing to wittle in my waist. Hope that helps you too. Tip though use lotion when you do it.
In the end, corsets are really the only things that'll probably be able to help us. But damn if they not expensive.
