I'm new here in the forum but i took PM capsuls from ainterol for about 6 months and it did not work for me. But i think i was taking the wrong way, cause i was not respecting the hormone cycle. Before that i took some herbs like fenugreek, wild yam, licorice and saw palmetto, but it didn't work as well.

After i saw the post of the chinese women that grow up 3 cup sizes with NBE i decide to give NBE a chance again, cause i was losing all my hopes and money

So, can you recommend me a brand of PM that you rely on? I should i take any suplements in the luteal phase, like pills or PC?
