Thank you for everything! How long do you recommend I take them before attempting a NBE routine? I'm not sure what herbs to take or to try another round of BO. I still have 3 months of the Ultra Breast sitting in the cabinet. Is there anything that you could suggest that I try for NBE? In the mean time I will start the supplements. Thanks again and I appreciate it
