I'm not sure about your medications you use, but you're off to a good start, although fenugreek is best when paired with other herbs. You should try adding red clover or hops (they're the most popular, but I prefer red clover). Also, adding saw palmetto might help as well, as it's helped a lot of women here.
Have you checked out the program threads here? Those will help you get an idea of everyone's exact regimen, and you can maybe base something off of one of those to start out (starting out simple is best, then add more the more you learn).
Stick with your program for three months to see if you're responding to it. Sometimes, progress comes fast, sometimes it comes very slow. But three months is usually when your body will start responding in the first month. If you find you aren't responding, try looking at something else, and give that a try. For some people, it will take a few different programs to find what works for them, just don't get discouraged.
