So I've been taking MSM for a while now and it does wonders for my hair and skin and also wanted to add PABA to my routine, so I bought the NOW FOODS PABA. Thing is I read on the label you're not supposed to take it using sulfa drugs. Found another brand of PABA online http://www.super-smart.eu/en--Vitamins--PABA-600-mg--0439 and the directions for use say:
Take between one and five capsules a day, as required, spread out between three meals.
Do not take more than 3g of PABA a day without medical supervision.
Do not take PABA alongside sulphur-containing nutrients (MSM or NAC) or drugs (sulfa) as it inactivates them.
So does this mean you're not supposed to take MSM at all or wait a few hours after taking PABA...
