Well After lurking around here forever i finally decided to "hop"(pun intended) in lol.
I'm a 32DD so size is not my issue as you can see from the photos i attached below on most days though i lack the volume i used to have

After reading so many things i get confused and i have to be careful as shipping thins down here ain't cheap and chances or getting a refund sounds stressful
so i guess my question really is this.
Right now am taking maca to stabilize my hormones so anything to take internally is out,am not to comfortable with that anywayz.
So what creams or sprays are good for fullness? for perkiness am yhing of getting easy curves then supplement with the cream and massage with bust roller? sounds good?
oh has any one used Benefil too? thanks for your responses
