@godiva72: Im finding that I easily become estrogen dominant. I know that when I do I find relief with a progesterone cream. I use one called pro-gest.
Well my last dosage of PM was from siriporn and I took 2 pills a day and ramped up to 400mgs a day (4 pills ) My skin was unbelievably soft and I LOVED it but it became soooo sensitive and I broke out with painful red acne on my back and my hair started falling out by the bunches. Im figuring I might be one of those ppl who need to take PM with SP. Im also late on my menses AGAIN! a week late to be exact after last month I was 3 almost 4 weeks late on my menses but that was my fault for overdosing.
I did a milk thistle cleanse and decided to use just herbs and with herbs alone im feeling estrogen dominant: headaches, breast sore from top of breast not sides...etc I think my body already makes a good portion of estrogen so with PM i will have to take less than 400mgs stay with 200mgs and if I find myself estrogen dominant again I will have to lower my dosage to just 100mgs a day or just drop oral PM all together and stick just with herbs since they are alot weaker forms of estrogen.
