I went in over my head again I saw on the japanese girl thread (page 2) ginie was taking 400mgs 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening and since each capsule of ainterol is 500mgs I didn't think it would be harmful especially not exceeding 1000mgs, I was wrong. Its a lesson I won't 4get...especially since the acne cleared up and just scars remain it is a reminder for me everyday...maybe I should start with 100mgs and after day 7 ramp up to 200mgs but NO more. Thanks for making this thread cuz many ppl thinking what I was doing will read this and not do it. Please do NOT take more than 2 capsules a day if using siriporn.
