I'm going to start looking for some ways I could fix this. I hate getting down, or angry, or upset, I don't want to take it out on anyone and I don't like feeling like that.
I need all the help I can get, so if I do find anything, I'll post it here.
Changing my diet more should help too, right? I'm working on that, and have already made good changes within the last few months. I just need more organic, and less processed.
I'm also getting together a basic exercise routine, some muscle building moves.
Now all I can think of is hormones...
How do levels change during a woman's period?
