I found this site called Bra matrix where there's this person talking about how different kind of bras influence the breasts and a lot of other things on bras and how they should fit. I was just wondering if you think she's right about the things she says, if a bra really has that much influence on breast shape, breast fullness, etc. especially in the long term?

Personally I like bralettes a lot since they generally do not sell any pretty bras with my small band size in my country and the last time I bought well-fitting underwire bras they cost me over 100 bucks for just 2 bras. Usually I just try to sew a regular store bra into a smaller one to fit me.
