		Have you lost/gained any weight or changed your exercise lately? Back in April I started a workout called Insanity with tons of cardio and I lost 5 pounds and most of my progress in a week!   I'm pretty thin and struggle to gain/keep weight anyways. If I go a weekend eating very little or lots of junk, I lose a lot of fullness.
