Wow You LOOK your size. I see so many that don't look their sizes and wonder if its because of shape, elasticity, bone structure, or actual size. Maybe some of us are in denial, LOL! Just cause the bras say we're this and that size, doesn't mean we actually are, right?
As far as what you can take for perk, I agree, collagen, HA would be good for you and definately some fish oil.
I wouldn't take anything internally that stimulates milk production, this changes the density of the breasts which affect shape and not only that, but it affects the fatty storage of breast tissue. But yeah, a little massage should be fine though, remember to stay away from the areloas/nipples.
