Ok. I've been looking at some girls programs and I remember one said something about not taking the pills because of her cycle. My questions are

1. How do you make your nbe WORK right by following your cycle/period?

2. Do you take it during your cycle? After?

Well, when I took my any nbe I always had stomach pains and it will come out through the other end.
