Well, since in the other section I seemed to have catalyzed a response, even though I really have nothing to say over here... hi?

OK.... Yeah... I really don't know anything about breast massaging at all, and definitely not for dramatically differently sized boobs... Granted, mine aren't very big at all yet, but they're at least mostly even. My right is only SLIGHTLY smaller, and I mean SLIGHTLY. It only really becomes noticeable while I'm noogling and my left goes into the cup and gets sucked out nice and perky while my left looks kinda... eh.
Good luck though! and be patient! Someone ought to be able to give you an idea of massages you could try, you just need to be patient, it is a forum after all, no instant response here!
