Hi ladies
Does anybody use flax seed oil? How much do you use on each breast? And how many times a day?
Also, on the label it states to store it in the fridge (but obviously this is because the directions are for it to be taken orally), and I just wondered if you keep it in the fridge as we are only rubbing it into our breasts?
